Get The Arizona Home Buyer’s Advisory

Click to go to the Arizona Department of Real Estate Buyer’s Advisory. (This is a PDF file which requires Adobe Acrobat reader to read it.) If you are going to buy a home in Arizona, your Buyer’s Agent will ask you to sign the form indicating you have received this information before you go out to actually look at homes.  Also, you will be asked to sign that you have received this document even if you are not quite ready to buy. The form is helpful as it contains so much important information for Arizona home buyers. The form is updated regularly by the Arizona Department of Real Estate.

Besides the Buyer’s Advisory document there are also a number of other standard Arizona Pre-Buyer forms, such as disclosures, advisories, etc that your agent will give to you to review and sign, before you are taking to see homes.
