Photography classes at Boyce Thompson Arboretum State Park, located near Gold Canyon Arizona, have become very popular. Throughout the year, professional photographers Maggie Leef, Timm Chapman, Tom Boggan and Joann West donate their time in the classroom and during tours through the Arboretum gardens. They keep their photo workshops fun and very affordable. Classroom instruction and "on-the-job-training" in the gardens is both educational and a rewarding experience.
Basic photography classes can cost as little as $22.50 for non-annual members, and just $15 for annual members. Advanced, specific topics such as outdoor flash techniques and Photoshop Tips and Tricks may begin at $35.
