Basically the home sales have continued to be almost as strong as they were in June 2009. The average home sales price was a bit elevated in July 2009 from the drop the market had shown in June 2009 — but this was only because some of the homes sold during the 30 day period were of the higher priced variety. Generally the Gold Canyon Arizona and East Phoenix Arizona Valley home prices are continuing to be lower.
