Is this a trend of the future? In this era when we read of lending problems in the news every single day, here is a new idea rising from the desert like the Phoenix of old - a "lifestyle" bank. Located at the corner of Scottsdale and Camelback Roads in Scottsdale, Goldwater Bank is forging ahead with a new look to banking called "lifestyle" banking. The focus they are offering is to put customer service back into banking. For well heeled individuals with a minimum of $25,000, the customers get access to an in-house concierge service that will handle everything from personal shopping to making dinner reservations and more. Customers can relax in the chic lounge area that is complete with plasma TVs and plenty of refreshments all the time. Is this a country club, spa or bank? Time will tell and time will tell whether this idea catches on other places.

They are taking old blue jeans and using them to make insulation materials that are "green". The company is Bonded Logic Inc.. They take old blue jeans and chew them up into scraps and bond the denim with a fire retardant.. Then the material is processed into an insulation that is used for commercial buildings and homes.
